Thank you for your payment. You will be invited to join our Prima Law Client Portal where you can upload documents, track the status of your case, and view invoices for costs. You may email us at office@ziapathwayslaw.com or call or text us at (252) 675-6009.
You will soon be sent a subscription link in an email for your first recurring payment. You will be asked to store a payment and then regular payments will be made thereafter in the amount you agreed to.
Keep in mind that, per your Legal Representation Agreement, substantive case work (e.g. submission of applications) cannot be completed until the full flat fee (and necessary costs) are paid in full.
Furthermore, missed payments could result in withdrawal of the attorney from your case. If at any point you need to make changes to your payment plan, simply notify us by sending an email at office@ziapathwayslaw.com with the Subject Line: “Change Payment Plan” and we will do our best to work with you.

Puede enviarnos un correo electrónico a office@ziapathwayslaw.com o llamarnos o enviarnos un mensaje de texto al (252) 675-6009.
Se le enviará por correo electrónico un enlace de suscripción para su primer pagorecurrente. Se le pedirá registrar un método de pago y, posteriormente, se efectuarán los pagos periódicos por el monto previamente acordado.
Tenga en cuenta que, conforme a su Contrato de Representación Legal, no podrá completarse trabajo sustantivo en su caso (por ejemplo, la presentación de solicitudes) hasta que se haya cubierto en su totalidad el honorario fijo y los costos necesarios.
Además, los pagos incumplidos podrían dar lugar a que el abogado se retire de su caso. Si en algún momento necesita realizar cambios en su plan de pagos, simplemente notifíquenos enviando un correo electrónico a office@ziapathwayslaw.com con el asunto “Cambiar Plan de Pagos” y haremos lo posible por trabajar con usted.
