A consultation is required to assess your case and to provide you a chance to meet the attorney. Consultations with Gabrielle are held virtually (in-person available upon request), and the fee will be applied toward your flat rate if you hire us. Before your consultation, you will need to fill out this INTAKE FORM.

If you need a consultation regarding a case in which the immigrant is not detained, the consultation fee is $85. If you need a consultation regarding a case in which the immigration is detained, the consultation is $300 in order to help locate the immigrant and schedule a consultation with them at their detention center.
